Easy-to-swallow tablets, I take 3 at a time and have no problem with that. Package only for 20 days, shame it's not for the whole month. I'm only halfway through the package, but I already feel small changes, I'm less nervous, and that's a lot for me. I recommend

I am delighted with this product! I had very severe PMS with depressive moods, bloating of the entire body, breast tenderness. All of this passed me by during my last period and I felt wonderful. I'm already taking the second package and I don't intend to stop!

I bought the product out of curiosity because despite excellent health, sometimes periods are a "school of life". Abdominal pain, migraines, and general weakness have sometimes managed to knock me down, but here, with regular supplementation, I actually feel a significant difference, especially in terms of pain and cramps in the lower abdomen, so I definitely recommend girls who also feel terrible during their period to try it out ;)
