I have no idea how you did it, I am post-gastric surgery, deficiencies are currently the norm for me. My hair was falling out in handfuls. I saw on Deynn's post that she takes 2 vitamins daily and I started doing the same. I am shocked! My hair was falling out in handfuls 7 days ago!
